We recently completed production and installation on two new entry monuments for the Allen Ranch community in Gilbert, AZ.
They are stucco finish CMU masonry monuments with 1/4" aluminum letters and 1/8" aluminum letter backers flush mounted to the wall.
We installed all new signage at Falcon Glen Apartments in Mesa, AZ. This included unit signs, building ID's, leasing directionals, future resident parking signs, pool signs and more. Most of the signage is double layer aluminum composite panels. The backers have a custom faux finish.
Last week, we completed all of the installations for the San Tan Legado Hotel & Elegante Reception Center located in Gilbert, AZ.
This month we had an installation in Denver, CO for an apartment complex that needed updated signage. We produced and installed a variety of different signs including monuments, directionals, parking signs, pool signs and clubhouse signs.
We recently produced and installed a lobby impact logo for ICM Document Solutions in Phoenix. The sign is 28"X76" with the name, logo and bar in 1/4" thick brushed aluminum set on 1/2" thick clear acrylic which is then all stood off the wall with brushed aluminum decorative stand offs.
Last month we installed a new entry monument for The Villas at Camelback Crossing Apartments in the West Valley. Although the current entry sign was only ten years old, they had problems with it's visibility from the street.
BEFORE
The entry is set back quite a bit from the street and the tile sign with thin metal letters on stand offs could hardly be seen by passing traffic.
AFTER
The goal with the new sign was street visibility, emphasizing the "Villas" portion. The new sign is an aluminum pan set directly on top of the old tile sign and runs up above the monument structure to give it increased height and visibility. The aluminum panel is painted with vinyl graphics.
We recently installed a building sign for Alumizona (an aluminum extrusion company) located in Phoenix. The sign is an aluminum panel with paint and vinyl graphics.
Last month we installed a building sign for a pediatrics office in Chandler. The colorful letters are made out of 1″ thick urethane foam.
We recently completed and installed a new entry sign for the Heatherbrook Community in Chandler. Below has a before picture followed by the new entry sign.
Earlier this year, we designed and built a new entry monument for Colonia Coronita II, a community in Chandler.
